West and East Midlands Bricks.
Perrens & Harrison Stourbridge Brick.
After the heavy rain this morning, I ventured out for a walk in the afternoon. It was not long before I spotted a yellow orche brick glistening in the sunlight. I was a bit surprised because I had walked this area many times and had not seen it. Could see straight away that there was a brickmark on it.
The names of brickmakers are Perrens & Harrison based in Stourbridge, West Midlands. The brick appears to be quite old possibly made over a 100 years ago.
