Welsh Bricks.
Monk and Hewell brick.
Monk and Hewelll brick was dug out of a path located in Ravenhead Retail Park. There was only a fragment showing, just like the tip of an iceberg. A gentle clearing of the edges with a stick showed there was a brick mark. Took some effort to dislodge the whole brick as it was in thick mud. The brick was later cleaned up at home and left for the elements (sun and rain) to complete the job.
